GRAPHIC DESIGN
11”x 17”
My response to the fair was a poster inspired by the Creative Coding Workshop I attended, as well as the visual language of this year’s theme. The design features a background texture influenced by lines of code and the walls of posters I saw displayed, capturing both the aesthetic and energy of the event.
The final product was Riso printed, drawing inspiration from the bright colors that defined the visual language of the fair.
The RISO printing process adds a rich, textured quality that traditional printing can't replicate. Its bold, vibrant colors and slight misalignments create a unique, handmade character that makes the poster stand out.

RISO printing delivers a uniquely tactile and vibrant look, and for this project, three rounds of iteration were completed—each exploring variations in scale, opacity, and color of the different design elements to push the visual impact further, ensuring heirarchy is achieved.
