RE:LEAF

FALL 2025

BRANDING
GRAPHIC DESIGN
MOTION
This project focuses on creating a brand from the ground up through strategy, storytelling, and visual world-building.

Centered on the theme of edible packaging, I developed re:leaf, a sustainable tea brand built around dissolvable tea bags that reduce waste and simplify the brewing experience. The brand’s visual language emphasizes calm, simple forms and environmentally driven design, positioning re:leaf as an innovative, eco-conscious alternative within everyday rituals.

I’m excited to introduce you to re:leaf, a brand redefining what it means to enjoy a simple cup of tea.
Because at re:leaf, we believe sustainability shouldn’t feel like a sacrifice—it should be just as good for you as the planet.

The brand was born from a blend of cozy ritual with bold innovation.
It’s warm, natural, and simple—reflecting our playful yet trustworthy personality.

Our name, re:leaf, plays on two ideas: relief, the comfort of a warm cup of tea, and the leaf, the natural source of our product.
It also suggests ‘re-thinking’ our habits to be more aware and eco-friendly.
We are a playful, minimal brand, focusing on the simplicity of our branding and our ingredients.

The logo type is customized to reflect the leaf and desolvable element of our brand.

The graphic elements takes inspirations from nature and mixes it with the simplicity and visual language of our logo.
Clean lines, gentle curves, and patterns inspired by tea leaves.
It feels grounded yet fresh and simple.

The heart of our campaign starts with a simple question: Why waste it when you can taste it?
Because here at re:leaf we provide flavors that melt your heart (and into your cup).

We’re moving away the the traditional idea of packaging and inviting our audience to rethink the lifecycle of everyday products.
What little changes can we make to be more eco-friendly?

At re:leaf, we’re not just rethinking tea.
We’re rethinking the way we care for the world.

Because when something tastes good and does good, it becomes a ritual worth keeping.

This is a reminder to Drink tea. Drink the package. and re:leaf your world.

Take a closer look at that fun envelope:

Without a physical store, re:leaf relies on word-of-mouth, OOH and social ads to draw in new tea lovers.
re:leaf also partners with local tea breweries and more to bring our physical product to consumers.

Take a look at our offerings:

This project was focused on storytelling and worldbuilding, beyond the logo and brand development, the focus was placed on how the campaign can be brought to life.

Step 1
Lets take a look at how re:leaf came to life from the idea of edible packaging:

Step 2
From initation research into what is edible packaging, I landed on focusing less on the concept and product of edible packaging and more so into what other product or service I can offer that centers around that idea.
Leading to the idea of a tea brand that focuses on sustainability and dissolvable tea bags and other products.

Step 3
From there, it was all about refinement.
Being more strategic with using the graphic elements, color and logo.

Step 4
Refine. Refine. Refine.
With a solid logo, this stage was all about focusing more on the campaign as a whole, while refining the applications.

Finalized applications can be seen in the presentation deck!
